Bio

I am a seasoned academic professional with extensive expertise in public policy, administration, and public finance. My research interests have evolved to encompass the processing and analysis of big data using advanced tools such as R, Python, and text analysis frameworks backed by Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, and prompt/context engineering. I am passionate about advancing the field through innovative research and teaching. My goal is to integrate data science methodologies with public policy, administration, and business management, equipping the next generation of professionals with the skills and knowledge to harness the power of big data for impactful decision-making, policy development, and business strategies.
