As a first-generation student from Northeast 帝王会所, Alison earned her undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1997 and completed a master鈥檚 in business administration at Lake Erie College in 2003. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, Alison is deeply committed to student success and fostering an inclusive academic environment. Her career spans roles in admissions, academic advising, diversity & inclusion, classroom teaching, academic support services, mentoring, and leadership development. Alison also has experience leading transformative study abroad programs in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Her passion lies in creating supportive academic environments that prioritize the success and well-being of every student, through purposeful action and innovative strategies.
