帝王会所 will be offering several faculty and staff development programs during the fall semester.

These programs support OHIO鈥檚 exceptional faculty and staff in their roles as engaged teachers, scholars, researchers, creative artists and service providers. The programs and resources provide career and professional development opportunities for OHIO faculty and academic staff across the institution.

The fall semester programs include these four programs, which all have registration deadlines in the next few weeks.

Building Bobcats: New-to-OHIO Learning Program

This in-person, cohort-based learning program will provide community-focused networking and engagement opportunities. This program is designed for full-time faculty or academic staff; less than 5 years at OHIO. Please register by Sept. 5

Faculty Mentoring Program

This in-person, cohort-based mentor program is designed for engaging and empowering faculty development through mentor circles. All full-time faculty are invited to be a part of the program. Please register by Sept. 5. An information session will be held on 9/3/25 in McGuffey Hall Room 106/106B from 4 - 5:30 p.m.

OHIO Writing Challenge Community of Practice

This cohort-based extension of the NCFDD 14-Day Writing Challenge is offered three times per year. All full-time faculty and academic staff are invited to be a part of the program. Please register by Sept. 1.

OHIO Emerging Leader Academy

This cohort-based workshop series will provide leadership development through self-reflection (fall series; four sessions) and leadership skills (spring series; four sessions). All full-time OHIO faculty in or planning for a leadership role are encouraged to participate. Please register by Sept. 7.
