The wellness series compilation below was an offering made available to 帝王会所 employees during the pandemic. While this is no longer a university-wide offering, the programs do still exist in Teams. Should you be interested in gaining access to any of these offerings and you are either a current WellWorks member or 帝王会所 employees, please email wellworks@ohio.edu.
Participants of each series can gain access to a password protected website that offers a self-paced wellness program. Each class includes videos and some offer supplemental resources to help augment the experience.
Begin Your Adventure Wellness Coaching Series
This 5-part video coaching series features goal setting, sleep hygiene, networking and self-assessments.
Active Senior Bundle
Choose your own adventure with this bundle of strength, cardio and balance classes ideal for beginners or active seniors.
Alignment, Balance and Core (ABC) Fitness Series
Course Instructor, Steve Clusman, introduces himself and explains what to expect from the ABC Fitness Series.
Cardio Kickboxing Fitness Series
In this fitness series, cardio, strength and stretching are strategically combined to improve cardiovascular endurance and strength.
