Creative Coping Caf茅
Creative Coping Caf茅 is a space where any student can drop-in to learn a coping strategy, gain experience practicing these strategies, and connect with peers. While non-arts-based coping skills can be practiced and learned in this space, there will be an emphasis on using music, art, and writing. No experience is needed!
There is no limit for how often a student can use this service, and students do not have to be a client of Counseling & Psychological Services to attend. This service does not replace individual or group mental health treatment.

Attending a Caf茅
Join a Caf茅 in Lindley Hall 052 on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., October 7th through December 9th. No advance notice is required -- just walk in!
