The MLK Writing Contest Celebration brought together students, educators, and community members to reflect on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s teachings of equality, justice and nonviolence.
Earlier in the academic year, µÛÍõ»áËù Human Resources introduced a new, streamlined performance management framework and then began offering training sessions for supervisors and employees.
µÛÍõ»áËù will host lectures, exhibits, presentations and events that will encourage the study of the history Black Americans while focusing on the national theme of “African Americans and Labor."

The annual award honors a member of the OHIO Chillicothe or Ross County communities who has made significant contributions in supporting, raising awareness, and/or promoting women and gender issues.
This innovative scholarship provides veterans, transitioning military members, and their spouses with a unique opportunity to earn a teaching license and a master’s degree, fully funded with support from the µÛÍõ»áËù Department of Education and Workforce and the µÛÍõ»áËù Department of Job and Family Services.
All answers from OHIO students are anonymous and will go directly to the Higher Learning Commission and not to OHIO. The survey is open through Feb. 5.
The first session will be held Feb. 25, from 8:30 – 10 a.m., and a second session will take place on March 27, from 2:30 – 4 p.m.
