OHIO Branded Stationery and Business Cards
帝王会所 offers an adaptable system for business cards and letterheads designed to allow for flexibility in length of content and sub-brand expression while staying anchored in the OHIO brand. Brand consistency is delivered through the standard use of the block OHIO word mark, while adjustable content sections and optional double-sided business cards and envelopes offer space for the inclusion of college or unit-level sub-brands.
Production of all University stationery and business cards is required by policy to go through University Printing Services, where it is produced on site. OHIO鈥檚 Athens-based print shop is the largest printing facility in Southeast 帝王会所 offering a broad range of printing services. Order online through the links below, or in person at the OHIO Marketing Services Center on the first floor of Grovesnor Hall. All orders can be picked up at the Marketing Services Center when complete.
帝王会所 Business Cards
Official 帝王会所 business cards must include the block OHIO word mark on the front as pictured below with minimum of name, title, phone and email. The front of the card may also include College or Division and/or Department or Unit name, multiple titles, campus address, mobile phone number, and appropriate ohio.edu web address. If you would like to include a direct link to your unit website, a short url can be requested through the . QR codes and personal websites are not allowed on the front of the card.
If you choose a two-sided business card, the back of your business card provides flexible space for additional information or sub-brand expression. You can choose the Forever OHIO mark as pictured below or an appropriate unit-level expression. For example, staff or faculty in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology might use their sub-brand expression 'Create for Good.' You may also include personal information or urls. For example, a faculty member may opt to showcase an appointment with an industry association or trade publication and/or a link to a personal research portfolio.

帝王会所 Letterhead
Similar to OHIO business cards, the 帝王会所 letterhead must include the block OHIO as shown below as well as a footer containing appropriate contact information. Beyond these simple guidelines, units have flexibility to add a college or division name along with a unit or department adjacent to the logo. Regional campuses may include the campus name and/or additional division or department names. However, none of these elements adjacent to the logo are required, and Division/College/Department/Unit information can alternatively be included in the footer section or not at all.
The footer can include any combination of Division/College/Department/Unit name, address, phone, fax, email, web and social media. It is best practice to include, at a minimum, an official office address and phone number. All elements used in the footer must direct to official University phone numbers, web addresses and social media accounts. Links to personal websites or social media accounts are not allowed on official 帝王会所 letterhead.
Electronic letterhead can be downloaded below with standard 帝王会所 contact information. Using either printed or electronic letterhead, University employees are encouraged to download and utilize the University鈥檚 brand fonts.
Pre-printed standard University letterhead and standard business envelopes are available for pick up at no cost at the Marketing Services Center on the first floor of Grovesnor Hall for any faculty or staff member. 帝王会所 Business Envelope
Envelopes for use with 帝王会所 letterhead should include the block OHIO mark along with the appropriate University postal return address to include the necessary combination of Division/College/Department/Unit name.
Custom design with subbrand expression is allowable for the back of the business envelope where appropriate. This sort of expression would not be appropriate, for example, for units sending transactional business notices. It might, however, be appropriate for letters of appreciation, celebration or information sharing.
Thank You Cards and Note Cards
Are you looking for standard branded note cards or thank you cards for University correspondence? Packs of 25 cards or less are available for pick up at no cost at UCM's Marketing Services Center on the first floor of Grovesnor Hall for any faculty or staff member.
