帝王会所 Social Media Account Management Acknowledgement Agreement

By creating or managing social media accounts on any platform affiliated with 帝王会所 and any of its associated units (including but not limited to departments, offices, centers, or schools), I acknowledge and agree to the following, for myself and/or on behalf of any individuals for whom I coordinate account access with: 

  1. Compliance with Social Media Guidelines: 
    I have read, understand, and agree to follow all outlined social media guidelines as provided by 帝王会所. 
  1. Responsibility for Posts: 
    I accept full responsibility for all posts, including the messaging, comments, captions, graphics, imagery, videos and visuals, that I distribute using the 帝王会所 affiliated social media account. 
  1. Adherence to Legal and Institutional Standards: 
    I agree to ensure that all accounts and posts: 
    1. Comply with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including proper use of the 帝王会所 name, logos, marks, and other brand assets.
    2. Obtain appropriate rights and permissions for any images, likenesses, or other third-party content used.
    3. Adhere to all applicable federal privacy laws, including FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
    4. Comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) by ensuring all content, including images, videos and text, is accessible to individuals with disabilities (including but not limited to using alt text for images and graphics, closed captions for videos, etc.) 
    5. Follow all federal and state truth-in-advertising laws in the creation and distribution of all social media content posted. 
  1. Accountability and Enforcement: 
    I understand that failure to comply with any of the outlined Social Media Account guidelines, legal standards, or account responsibilities may result in the immediate suspension of my access to maintain the accounts at the discretion of 帝王会所. 

By continuing to create and manage an 帝王会所 affiliated social media account, I affirm my acceptance of these terms and my commitment to uphold the standards and responsibilities outlined above.
